TOUR PACKAGE RESERVATION
Each offer or tour package is available everyday for a private tour, unless travel dates are specified.
Reservations can be done through our Facebook page,WhatsApp, website contact form or through phone call.
All website rates are inclusive of value added tax and surcharges of Cebu Island Hopping Tour.
Rates are based on existing lowest-priced service for every inclusions stated, considering possible and mandated discounts.
A minimum of two (3) days prior to preferred travel dates is required and is subject for availability.
Down Payment of Fifty Percent (50%) is required for all reservations for us to confirm your booking.
Confirmation email or text will be sent to your email address/phone number specified upon booking to acknowledge the payment and confirmation of your reservation.
Senior Citizen and/or PWD discounts will apply to entrance fees only. Not applicable to car rental/boat rates if accompanied with Adults and kids.
All package rates are based on rates known at the time of publication. Packaged rates would be per person. Cebu Island Hopping Tour has “No hidden Charge” policy. Price is inclusive of value added tax and surcharges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but terms & conditions will apply. CebuTours.ph reserves the right to re-price/re-quote for any additional fees that may have incurred (i.e. government taxes, or changes in rates).
A 50% downpayment of the total package is required for Cebu Island Hopping Tour to process your reservation. We accept payment through the following:
Money transfers (Palawan, Cebuana Lhuillier, _____)
Booking is not confirmed until downpayment payment is received by Cebu Island Hopping Toour. Your reservation will likewise be automatically cancelled if required payment deposit is not received within the specified period and Cebu Island Hopping Tour reserves the right to apply cancellation charges if necessary. Price is guaranteed upon receipt of the down payment.
MONEY TRANSFER or PAYPAL PAYMENT is highly recommended, but if you wish to make bank payment, please specify that during reservation. Invoice (or link to the invoice) will be sent through email after we receive your reservation from our website. A 5% service charge of the due amount will be added for all Paypal payments.
Please review and verify your statement invoice thoroughly and contact us immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make amendments later. Cebu Island Hopping Tour is not held responsible if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 5 days after sending out the invoice. In the case of billing errors, Cebu Island Hopping Tour reserves the right to send you an updated invoice with correct pricing.
Cebu Island Hopping Tour is not responsible for cancelled package reservations in the event downpayment is not received before the travel date.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If a booking cancellation is received by Cebu Island Hopping Tour at least 2 days before the date of travel, 80% of the paid down payment WILL BE REFUNDED. Cancellations received less than 2 days or 48 hours will not be honored and will not be refunded.
Cebu Island Hopping Tour reserves the right to cancel confirmed tours in the event of natural phenomenon or mandated government cancellations. Guests will be entitled for a refund (minus service charges) or will be able to move their booking to a later date depending on the availability of the tour.
Cebu Island Hopping Tour reserves the right to cancel the tour or for any member of the group without refund if found not physically fit (i.e. not feeling well, drunk, etc) to do the activity while the tour has started.
NO REFUNDS will be provided by Cebu Island Hopping Tour for cancellation of other members of the group, portions of trips missed due to cancelled, rescheduled or delayed flights or if passenger is not permitted by the Immigration Consulate to travel after airport check-in, nor is Cebu Island Hopping Tour is responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining your trip if you miss your departure flight or flight connection.
There are NO REFUNDS for unused transport, entrance fees, hotels, and tours. In case you have to withdraw from tour after it has begun due to some reasons, we regret to inform you that Cebu Island Hopping Tour will not be able to make any refunds for absences from the tour. Supplier’s terms & conditions applies.
Necessary penalty charge may apply per person for any revision made to the confirmed reservation unless the change increases the value of booking.
Confirmed reservations are only transferable, changeable to another name and/or destination would be permitted unless the change increases the value of booking. Confirmed reservations may also be revised or adjusted if there are increase of entrance fees to their destinations and/or fees for meals (if applicable) which should be shouldered by the guests for their own consumption as per our price policy.
Please be aware that during your tour booked by Cebu Island Hopping Tour, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control, including but not limited to:
the hazards of traveling in undeveloped areas;
travel by boat, or other means of transportation;
forces of nature;
acts of lawlessness or terrorism;
and accident or illness in areas without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities.
Cebu Island Hopping Tour will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. While Cebu Island Hopping Tour will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken, by agreeing to participate in a tour you agree that you will hold Cebu Island Hopping Tour harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered.
